Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

• Develop and implement menus and specials, as well as adjust pricing as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar leadership role and 3 years experience working with a Breakfast menu 

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Proficiency with kitchen equipment and food safety guidelines

• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
